What percentage of Europeans between 15 and 29 is not working or studying?

On this map we can see the percentage of people aged 15 to 29 that are not employed nor in education or training.
As we can see, there’s a very clear northwest to southeast pattern. Countries in the northwest of Europe, like Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland and the Netherlands all have a share of less than 10% of young people that are not employed nor in education or training.
In Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Southern Italy, Greece and Turkey, the percentages are some of the highest in Europe. Especially in Turkey where 20 to 40% of young people that are not employed nor in education or training.
