What percentage of European adults identifies as LGBT+?

Recently, Ipsos conducted a survey in 30 countries about sexual orientation and views on same-sex marriage. This map show one of the results of that survey. It shows us what percentage of adults identifies as LGBT+.
First off, it’s good to know in which countries on this map, same-sex marriage or civil union is not legal. In Turkey, Romania, Poland same-sex marriage or civil union or registered partnership, is not legal. The legal status of same-sex marriage and how accepted LGBT+ people are in society, can affect the percentage of people that identify as LGBT+.
The highest percentage of LGBT+ people can be found in Spain, where 14% of adults identify as LGBT+. Second is Switzerland (13%), followed by the Netherlands and the UK (12%).
The lowest percentage can be found in Poland and Ireland. Both are very catholic countries.
